The rules for sharing and watching cosplay content on Quazar.

Quazar is a short-form cosplay video platform for watching creator clips, exploring costume looks, viewing creator pages, and sharing your own character-inspired uploads. By using Quazar, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Quazar only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. The service is intended for short-form cosplay, fandom, costume, anime, and creator-oriented video sharing and browsing.

2. Accounts and Profiles

You are responsible for the information you provide for your account and profile. You should keep your profile details accurate and must not impersonate another person, creator, brand, or organization in a misleading way.

3. Your Content

When you upload content to Quazar, you remain responsible for that content. You represent that:

You own the content you upload or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.
Your videos, images, audio, captions, and profile materials do not violate another person’s privacy, safety, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
Your cosplay, costume, or character presentation is shared lawfully and does not include prohibited or deceptive material.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Quazar to:

Upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content.
Post misleading impersonation content or content intended to scam, exploit, or manipulate others.
Interfere with the app, misuse community features, evade moderation, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

We may review reports, remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or restrict accounts when we believe it is necessary to enforce these terms, protect the community, or respond to harmful or unlawful activity.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Quazar at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature, including uploads, playback, discovery surfaces, or creator profile functionality.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Quazar if your conduct violates these terms, creates risk for the service, harms other users, or creates legal or operational problems.

8. Disclaimer

Quazar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that all content, uploads, or creator activity will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
